Frost Anorak 2 (Winter 2023/2024)

Why we made this

We took the classic design of our original Frost Anorak, updated it with a modern fit, and made it lighter yet warmer. It has been packed it with 150 GSM thick PrimaLoft® insulation for more warmth and protection on chilly days without the bulk. 

PrimaLoft is a brand of synthetic insulation developed as an alternative to down feathers. Down insulation loses its insulating properties and clumps together when wet. PrimaLoft, on the other hand, was specifically designed by the military to be moisture-resistant. Even when wet and out in the rain this insulation will keep you warm.

Care

Machine wash using a small amount of liquid detergent. Rinse twice and spin as little as possible to prevent creasing. Powder detergents, fabric softeners, stain removers, and bleach should all be avoided. Dry it on a warm, mild cycle in the dryer. To reactivate the durable water repellent (DWR) treatment on the outer fabric, tumble dry the jacket for 20 minutes.

Disclaimer

This product’s fabric has a cotton finish on the surface and is lightweight & water-resistant only. So, it doesn’t bead off rain completely unlike rain gears meaning that the fabric might wet out (absorb rain). The product is not completely waterproof but we have used water-repellent zippers & seam taping on this product to block moisture.
